In this NEW camp, students will be introduced to a range of concepts spanning circuits, computer hardware and architecture, and programming a microcontroller with C++ code. Topics covered include:
- Building circuits with lights, switches, and resistors
- Connecting an Arduino microcontroller to control circuits
- Understanding the significance of binary and decimal numbering
- Reading señor date
- Creating complex programs that interact with more advanced circuits.
- Guidance and assistance on a final project
Cost of camp includes each student’s very own Arduino board, which they will be able to keep and take their interest in coding even further! All materials provided.
